We at Uniform Attire strive to give you quality uniforms of your choice. However if you are not happy with the uniform you have received for any reason, you can mail us at email@example.com and we will contact you within 72 hours.
My uniform doesn't fit my child properly, what should I do?
When you receive your child's uniform make sure they try it on to check the correct fitting. If you are not happy with the fitting of the uniforms then please contact us. Make sure you contact us within 14 days of receiving the uniforms for returns and that the uniforms are unused.
I would like to return the uniform and get a refund
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
When can I exchange the uniform?
It is very simple to exchange the products bought from us. Please ensure you contact us within 15 days to exchange the uniform. You can place a request for exchange by replying to the order confirmation email with the required size. We will process your request and get back to you.
Can I return a uniform after washing?
No, uniforms that have been washed will not qualify for exchange/return. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. The uniform should have everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels and original packing.
How long is the exchange/return process?
We will contact you within 72 hours of receiving your request. Exchange/returns will depend on the availability of sizes. When sizes are available in stock then the exchange/return will be completed within 72 hours after we contact you.
