You can either choose the Cash on Delivery (CoD) payment method, where the payment will be due when your order is delivered.
The second option is the online payment option using Credit/Debit card or Netbanking.
We assure you that all our online transactions (credit/debit card and net banking) are done through secure and trusted gateways. Your bank details are safe and secure, and will not be misused/ shared with any third-party.
Orders usually take 4-6 business days to be delivered.
There might be delays in delivery in the months of June and July right before school starts due to the high volume of orders. You will get a shipping confirmation email before the order is dispatched.
We do offer the option of a pick up especially when the uniform is required urgently.
Please note all our inventory is at the warehouse, so we request all customers to only visit our office once they have received a confirmation from us that their order is ready for pick up.
If you need to get the uniform exchanged for a different size please reply to the Order Confirmation Email and we will get back to you within 3 business days.

Once your order is returned it will be inspected if it qualifies for a refund.
If your order is returned in the original condition then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment.
If your order is returned after use then we will not be able to offer any refund.
So our advice would be to check your order before use/wash.
No, uniforms that have been washed will not qualify for exchange/return. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. The uniform should have everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels and original packing.
