Orders usually take 4-6 business days to be delivered. 

There might be delays in delivery in the months of June and July right before school starts due to the high volume of orders. You will get a shipping confirmation email before the order is dispatched.

We do offer the option of a pick up especially when the uniform is required urgently.

Please note all our inventory is at the warehouse, so we request all customers to only visit our office once they have received a confirmation from us that their order is ready for pick up.

Once you place an order on our website reply to the Order Confirmation Email and inform us that you will be picking up the order.

If you need to get the uniform exchanged for a different size please reply to the Order Confirmation Email and we will get back to you within 3 business days.

Please refer to our size chart before confirming which size you need in exchange.

Exchange will depend on stock availability.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
